Observation

Licensor observed various chocking hazard which included small lego pieces. Provider stated that they are not normally there as she will place them in a closed bin, but licensor observed them during time of visit. Licensor observed a jump rope accessible to infant in care as jump rope was observed on the floor. Licensor observed diapers in their original plastic wrapping that was observed on top of toilet at children's reach. Licensor observed washer and dryer in food preparation area and licensee stated that children go in there when they need to grab food, dryer and washer did not have a lock. Licensor observed outlet in bathroom needs to be tamper-resistant + GFCI. Licensor observed extension cord in licensed room to be used for tv showing all cameras. Licensor informed provider that extension cords cannot be used for replacing direct wiring.
